sale in terms of the net price the seller will receive, once the property is
sold, a type of listing which is illegal in many states |

The total value of all of an individual's
assets, minus all liabilities or debts |

A transaction for refinancing a mortgage in
which the new mortgage amount is limited to the sum total of the remaining
balance of the first mortgage, points, closing costs, whatever is required to
satisfy any liens that are more than one year old and other funds for the
borrower's use (as long as the amount is one percent or less of the principal
amount of the new mortgage) |

For years I served as a chairman for the Jr. Quarter Horse Show at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. This Organization awards thousands of scholarships to deserving Students to further their education.
Then I found the Children’s Miracle Network. This organization, Connected with Texas Children’s Hospital, aides seriously ill children. In the past I have served on a Panel with the 2001 Miss America, Katie Harmon, and still today I host fundraisers for this life giving organization.
In addition, I am a member of the Cade-Rothwell Masonic Lodge and the Knights Templar these organizations contribute to numerous beneficial programs.
